We have two ranges of solutions aimed at differing RF requirements with our SBA series aimed at Higher Frequency 18 GHz needs. These are 100% factory tested to exacting VSWR and Loss standards because, We know, Results Count!

ConductRF manufactures a range RF Cables in support of Ship Board applications, where Low Smoke, Zero Halogen requirements are mandated. These cable have Low Smoke Polyolefin Jackets that are suitable for Ship Board Environments. The Cable solutions are commonly available in 3 sizes with cable OD of 0.240", 0.405" and 0.590". Common standard interfaces are available with standard gasket seals. Strain relief and connector sales are accomplished using Low Smoke, Zero Halogen, Shrink Tubing.

ConductRF supports Shipboard applications requiring Low Smoke/Low Toxicity Cables with our Triple Shielded SBA62 and SBA63 Cable series. The raw coax cables used, is a Black UV Resistant, Cross-Linked Polyethylene jacketed, Non halogen, Low Smoke Cable. They have a Low Density Microporous PTFE Dielectric, which provides an 80% VP and excellent loss characteristics. Both cables have many standard connector available in many common configurations operating to 18 GHz. When combined with Type-N, TNC or SMA Stainless Steel connectors, these assemblies make a great solution for many applications in Commercial and Naval applications on board ships.

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling 2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...
