If you appreciate good humor,
then you'll appreciate these comics from the January 1958 edition of Radio-Electronics.
Their themes are representative of situations common in the era - like TV repairman woes
and men obsessed over electronics gadgets while ignoring their wives. Not that there
are ever any comics in today's electronics magazines, but if there were, they likely
would poke fun at Oblivion texters and depict fathers being made to look like fools by
their disrespectful kids for not knowing how to program a Roku player.
"You're pulling in a strong station from Australia, mam."
"You know our motto, sir. We fix the set in your home or no charge."
"Didn't work this time, did it?"
